The hallway was dirty and smelled like smoke. The Heat system had no directions and room was 25C with no way to cool it down without opening the window with the noise from the street

Cinema House met our needs. We needed a clean comfortable place after a hot day seeing Busan.

The location was close to the beach and there were a lot of restaurants close-by.

The parking was a little crowded but the staff does their best to make it work.

Helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of room

Bathroom door is glass and lacks privacy for family. Location is bad for families. There are glass (prostitute) houses across the street from this hotel area is not suitable for families at night. Room was on the 9th floor and the elevator was out of service for two days. We were slightly compensated however this is unacceptable.

Was a very nice stay for a weekend getaway with the family.

The location is a block to the beach and the price is very good!

The pillows were very thin and offered very little head support. The beds were very firm, which is great if you like firm mattresses, but not good for my wife and I who prefer plush mattresses.

It was pretty good stay and it was roomy. It was bit pricy for one night but I did book last minute.

I liked the location it was easy to get to and surrounded by restaurants and a 24 hour mart which was great. The ac got cold only took sometime to get there.

The plugs I didn't like the plugs they concaved into the wall. The shower head was leaky the side so it lowered the pressure coming out. Beds were little stiff for my taste.

Positives were the location near to the beach (~300m), nearby restaraunt streets (~400m), and friendly staff. Hotel itself was family friendly & felt clean and safe.

Streets next to hotel were the red light district with girls in the windows. We had no hassle walking to the beach or restaraunts with children but a bit disconcerting as trouble is usually common in areas like this.

Horrible customer service

Nothing

The most terrible customer service ever of the front desk - "Sin". There is only a sheet over all bed because "It's summer, it's hot". We just asked for duvet/quilt for our room. We booked a three-bedroom apartment for 7 peoples but the apartment have ONLY ONE BATHROOM. The front desk "Sin" said the room is suitable for 5 people only, why the hotel has shown it for 7 people on website. It's totally different price between 5 people, 6 people and 7 people. The front desk kept saying "you misunderstand". We didn't hear sorry at all. I will never go back for it.

Small and comfortable hotel.

Room was spacious and modern. Microwave, Cold/hot water available in lobby anytime.

I would have liked a small table in the sitting area by the microwave making it more convenient for lounging with a cup of coffee/tea.

Not worth the money

Close to the beach

Way too expensive for a hotel like this。 Super weird room design , only glass door at the toilet, strange lighting system. Very small room. Overall, the facility is poor.
